TERMITE INSPECTION: Termites are controlled by first by a FREE inspection and then treatment if needed:
During the inspection, if there is evidence of termites, your inspector will determine the best course of treatment and/or options that will be pre-sented to you in your report findings. Depending on whether your property has Subterranean or Drywood Termites, the following treatments may be recommended.

TERMITE FUMIGATION:
A Tenting fumigation process which is used for the eradication of DRYWOOD Termites, is an all-encompassing treatment and the best way to ensure that all DRYWOOD termites are eliminated from your home or business. We complete all of our fumigation with sulfuryl fluoride, also known as Vikane .Vikane is a non-flammable, non-corrosive and does not cause undesirable odors. It quickly penetrates structural materials, is effective against a variety of structural pests, and dissipates rapidly during aeration.

TERMITE TREATMENT - Localized treatment (secondary treat-ment options):
There are two types of treatments used as localized treatment. Foam Treatment which is a long-term soluble borate solution mixed into an exceptional foam solution used to reach inaccessible areas with a high pressure injection system that defuses into the wood to help control termites. The foam contains a surfactant that allows the chemical to slowly absorb into the wood, creating a residual against future infestation. Spot Treatment also known as drill and treats, is the simplest and most direct tool used to treat termites. A termicide is injected into small holes drilled into the termite galleries delivering the treatment material directly to the colony. A local treatment may or may not be recommended for your structure depending on the inspection results and determina-tion of the location and extent of the termite infestation.

TERMITE CONTROL - Full Perimeter:
The process used for the eradication of SUBTERRANEAN Termites. Chemicals are injected directly into the soil under and/or around your home or business. Some-times this requires drilling holes through the concrete foundation of your home. Then chemicals are injected through the holes and into the soil below. The holes are sealed with a concrete patch. Termidor is the #1 termite control product for many reasons. TERMITE PRVENTION - Pre-construction treatments full attic preventative:
This process is used dur-ing the construction and/or renovation of your home or business as a preventative measure against Termites. We can also use this treatment option to spray the exposed lumber in your attic.

Are some of the most affordable plans in the industry, and is a valuable investment to protect your home or business. Our Annual Control Service is competitively priced and allows you to extend the length of your guarantee for as long as you choose to continue the annual service. For this nominal fee, you will receive annual inspections and treat-ment for Drywood and/or Subterranean termites.
